I'm the same way. I ride to work everyday but I'm generally busy with family things on the weekend. Sometimes I take a Friday or Saturday for myself and go for a long ride of 200 - 500 miles.

I will ride to work (14 miles each way), but not every day. Some days, I need to take with me some stuff, that just can't go on the 7S.

However, I have been known to go and get gas at a location that is quite a distance from me. Or go to lunch in another state.

Locally, I have a circuit that I have that allows me to just get on the bike (either the Drifter or now the 7S) and ride for the sake of sanity.

It is just over 45 miles long, and takes me away from the cities, and into the country.
