If it makes that sound all the way up through the gears then you need to adjust your clutch cable. The shift into first from N and from 1 - 2 are fairly clunky on my 07, but not from 2-3-4-5-6.
Okay my clutch adjust was done I took it to the dealer and they just adjusted the cable for free. But it still does it from N-1-2 then from 3-4 then 4-5 a little less
If it still does it after adjusting the cluthc play at the lever, then you need to adjust it at the engine side. The lever adjuster is for "fine" adjustments (AKA small). THe adjuster at the engine side is for larger changes, but you have to back down the lever one first.
Believe it or not, the way your chain is adjusted plays a HUGE roll in how your shift from Neutral to First sounds. Make sure it's within specs and lubricated. When chains get really loose, that shift can sound like a cannon going off.
