When i puchased my 05 Meanstreak it had no signals so i purchased (4) after market ones.
I found the the turn signal wiring on the front. On each side their is Blue, Green, & a Black wire with yellow stripe. My (new)after market ones only have one red & one solid Black wire. If i can just get the fronts to work then i can tackle the rear. ''Where do i start'' ....being 3 wires for each front signals confuses me. This diagram i have is just to hard for me to figure out. Can someone giude me in the right direction.

Lee,....Thanks man,.......went down stairs and hooked them right up. Ignored the blue. But i have the fronts. Now tomorrow i half to mount my rears.....and perform the same task. Now i have some connectors i can put on the right way......incase i ever want to pull them off for some odd reason.

There's a wiring diagram at Vulcan Wiring Diagrams that might help.

Normally, your bike would have running lights that flashed brighter for the turn signals. Hence two positive and one negative wire on each side. Your aftermarket ones apparently don't have the dual-intensity (1157 type) but the single-intensity (1156) ones. These are normal for your rear signals.

Black/yellow is ground and blue (or blue with red stripe) is the running light that you won't use. There should be a grey wire on the right and green on the left that goes to the flashing bulb, or in your case the red wire.
