One last thing I'll do is use some stiff rubber to make a mud flap for the rear shock. I've seen the design on that tip page you sent me.

I actually have a rear seat tail bag for mine. Straps under the seat.

Here is is just sitting on the bike (before I added the cases)

Has a matching tank bag for when I want more space.

I also have larger top and side cases if I want more..... it's all about choices.

Oh, and yes I also have a solo seat cover... I take it off when I'm using the tail bag to prevent scratching.
