Been a long time since I've been on here. How is everyone doing? If you don't mind, please post anything here so I know which members are still alive and kickin'. I'm too lazy to scan through all of the sections to try to figure it out myself.

I'm still riding the Victory Cross Country though I presently have two Mean Streaks in my workshop. The Vic XC has been running new cams and dyno tune since April.

Just got back from Thunder Beach Sunday night. I think I'll stick to just the Spring editions from now on. Wanted to try the Fall one just to see.

Here's a recent pic of a Missie and I as we'll as a recent bike pic.

Hey Russ. The level of activity is definitely at an all time low on here.

Let's blame it on the excellent riding weather and not the new ownership :)

Still here Jim! Vic looks great. Doing a bunch of mods to the meanie this winter...but yes, the forum seems to be doing worse than a pit bull in a shelter after an attack....not certain why. Good to see you and Missy.

I'm still stopping in too. Have to admit I avoided this place for a while with all the schoolyard drama that was going on.

Not much time to ride this summer, and now we're already covered in ice and snow so maybe it's time to bite the bullet on tools and change the MS steering bearings and install the progressive springs I have had sitting in the garage for 3 years :).

Hey, HbKat, the Vic is working great. Love it!

Didn't you lose a leg a long time ago? I ask cause a buddy lost a leg in a bike accident maybe 9 months ago. He's on a bike again. What was your biggest obstacle when you started riding again?
It was my right foot...so the biggest obstacle was relearning how to work the rear brake. 2nd to that was getting used to using the prosthetic to hold the bike up in a way where I felt confident...especially on different surfaces!

new to the site, new to meanie, but been riding for a while. I just enjoy some goot tech advice, seeing others work and meeting cool people!

I think facebook killed all things forum, but if enough good guys/gals stay active, it'll survive!
Damn, maybe we should start a Mean Streak Page on FB and point it here as well. Might grab some of the younger guys and gals?
