For $10K I would want something that can go further than 60 miles before I need to plug it into a wall and let it charge for a few hours. With that said I will keep my other thoughts to myself on this one.

The electric bikes are defintely heading in the right direction, considering the bike they put out before with only comperable 20-30 horsepower. They just need to give the customer more of what they want before expecting big sales. Longer range with more power . . .
