Both my wife and daughter are new riders and they both have picked up 2014 Ninja 300 ABS bikes, one black one white....so now by default I'm the service provider:righton: I used to have a triumph sprint that had shim over bucket valves and curently have a guzzi Breva 1100 with screw lock valve adjusters that I hope to trade or sell for a Ninja 1000 in the spring. Can anyone tell me what the service interval on the 300 is and what type of valve adjustment is needed? I'm assuming it's pretty simple.

The valve check interval should be in your owner's manual. I'm not sure what Kawasaki employed in the Ninja 300. The 250 was the screw lock valve adjusters.

All my other street Kawasaki's are shim under bucket which means pulling the cams if adjustments are required.
