Used Motorcycle Pre-Purchase Inspection near Seattle?

Hi im relatively new here, only like my second post here, long time lurker though. I've finally saved up enough to buy a used 650r. But seeing as this is the first time that i am buying a motorcycle, i was looking to take it to a mechanic or dealership to have a pre-purchase inspection(i know thats what BMW guys call it, idk if the its called something else for bikes?). I emailed two places i found off google asking if they do inspections, but i never got a reply. I cant really find anywhere that advertises that they do inspections, and i dont really know any mechanics or have an uncle named Phil that works on bikes in his shed. I don't want to be back on here in a month with some horror story of my first bike taking a **** on me and losing all the money ive been saving up these last 6months(full-time college student who works 40hrs a week). So does anybody in the seattle area know any shops that know Kawasaki's and do inspections? Ive found checklists to do your own bike inspection, but i honestly wouldn't be able to tell the difference between a good or bad part. And would rather pay a hundred bucks for some piece of mind.
