it will depend on what type of tyre you have, the type of riding you do and how you ride. the best way is to experiment and find what works for you. try the factory pressures and then drop them a bit at a time, one end at a time. it should start feeling better (more grip, feed back ect) to a point and then start to feel worse. then you know you have gone to low. pump them up again until you find your sweet spot. remember to check and set them when cold.

I run Michelin Pilot Power 2ct at 34f/38r cold unless I'm riding really aggressively. Then I'll run 31f/34-35r cold.

On the Pirelli Diablo Corsa III's I used to run, I would keep them at 35f/40r cold. Aggressive riding put me at 33-34f/38r cold.
