I hate cruisers, I truly do. The look and style just isn't for me.
A friend bought one of these. Used...6000 miles on it, and asked me to drive it home for him. So, I did.
After following him for a few miles, I took an exit and acted like I got lost. Ended up putting an extra 30 miles on the machine. Of course I drive it to my house to change the oil and go over it for him. That only took a week, and yes, I did have to test my work. I dotn think I put more than 300 miles on it, maybe a few more.
I completly enjoyed myself, and the bike was great. Good brakes, good power, and comfortable. For sure, consider used. Its not a machine that people beat on, and you might be able to save some money on used.
We're doing the third set of tires, this weekend. For sure I plan on breaking in the tires just to keep him safe.
