Number one cylinder spark plug well where plug goes in filled with water any help would be appreciated thanks 2000 ZG 1000

Are you trying to get the water out or keep it from coming in again?

Got the water out changed spark plug and it ran great don’t know where water came from it was rusty looking the water in radiator was nice green and was full this morning on way to work it started running rough again after dinner I’ll look again to see if it wet again. I’m not sure if the head is water cooled or not trying to figure out where that funky water came from... thank you for responding

If the water isn't colored like the coolant, and doesn't feel slippery like coolant, it's probably just water.
If the bike has been out in the rain it's likely just that. I'd check the rubber spark plug boot that seals the spark plug (assuming I have the correct engine in my mind)
