There are two anti theft securing screws to remove. This makes the job a little difficult.
These two "shear head" screws are installed whereby the heads shear off on installation, making the screw extremely difficult to remove, but not impossible.
Remove the trim and you will see the problem. Remove the top triple clamp to give you full access.
A dealer will charge you many $$$$$$$'s to do the job. Do it yourself it will cost you sometime, a little frustration and the cost of the the new barrel. The experience gained is invaluable and cannot be bought.
Smart locksmiths can adjust the new barrel to suit your original keys.
