It's a 27mm. If those are the only tools you have, then you might as well buy a 1/2" drive breaker bar also.

The nut is standard 6 point. I use the tool in the bag and attached a 1/2" x 2 feet long gas pipe. That was almost impossible to get off. It took me about 10 minutes just to get it off. I would advice that you have someone hold the bike in place while you are working on it. My bike almost tipped over a few times when I tried to loosen the bolt.

Good luck!

Looked into it and a breaker bar sounds like a good idea, thanks guys. Any particular socket like a 12 point?

I think the "tools" that come with the bike say the size on their sides.
That's so you know which size to buy when you want to remove that nut and have to buy a real socket!

They aren't as cheap as the imported junk ones. The stock tools will almost never work to loosen that nut without a lot of help and a long breaker bar.

Ahh, the tool kit. How to buy a bunch of crap you'll never use.

Always buy 6 point sockets. 12 points are nothing but a quick way to strip bolts/nuts.
