Propylene vs Ethylene Glycol

My 2007 Suzuki SV650 is past due for it's coolant flush and refresh. The manual states that Ethylene Glycol should be used, but the bike store only sold Propylene Glycol. Anyone use the Probylene Glycol and had any issues?
