Just bought a 2002 concourse 1,000 and thought I would join a forum.I am in the middle of doing the all the service work on the bike oil and filter, plugs, service the diff, and sink the carbs.new tires. this bike is heavy compared to my nomad 1500.

Hi Bob and welcome to the forum.

You may find it a bit of a ghost town compared to what it used to be.

I had a friend who had a 1000 for many years until he switched to an FJR1300.
