Just wondering...I'd hate to apply more lube this evening.
Some background- It's been wet, so I've applied lube the last 2 days and I just did before washing (covered most of chain with a bag)
Any insight would be nice...thanks

I usually apply it after washing, but if your chain was clean when you covered it and your comfortable that you didn't blast any lube out, I would go with what you have until it's due again.

Yeah, I figured it would be fine...thanks for the quick reply.
I usually do after washing also but this cleaning was kinda spur of the moment

After you get it wet/wash.
And then again after you ride and get it hot.

You should ride it after washing to get the chain nice and warm, then lube and let sit overnight.

I try not to wash the bike too often. I get the grime off after each ride with some quick detailer and a microfiber towel.
