Here’s one on CL way up in Vermont. The story is a little amusing. He probably figured once the starting fluid got it going the carbs would magically clean themselves.
Wish I had been there to see it.

I think I'd hard pass on it.

The missing bits and non running state tell me it may have had a hard life. Most of the remaining bodywork is now damaged, the forks look bent and the wiring harness is burnt. Non running to begin with means there was already something wrong with it, be it fuel, electrical or engine mechanical.

Trying to find these parts to rebuild would be iffy to pricey and there's not a lot of demand for these bikes if you parted it out. Pity. Would have been an interesting video to see it go up in smoke though!

I’m sure the seller would take less, if not give it away, but if he has a clean title, that would make a good base for a custom bike.
That thing as it stands needs everything including painting the frame and complete fork work before they start rusting. It would take a couple thousand dollars to restore.
