I went to my dealer yesterday to get a part for my bike, and I mentioned what they thought about the H2. They said it was going to be an extremely limited product and they weren't even sure they were going to get one (Koups Cycle Shop in Harrisburg, not some tiny meaningless store). Who knows, maybe they just meant a race version or something?
I'm fairly certain the dealers are not kept up to date about the new Kwaks.

Latest teaser shows a lot of carbon, so a pricepoint of 25K could be real.

I think you could go with a higher price....30k really is not all THAT much if you start pricing sportscars. A premium motorcycle, performance above all others..maybe???

This is one of those bikes that will be epic, but I'm not sure if I'd want the first year or two of production. For 20k plus I'd want the bugs worked out. I think it will, or has, started the ball rolling for other manufacturer's to create something over the top.

If its in that mentioned price range, it missed a mark the other Kawasaki performance bikes hit, which is can anyone buy one. The older bikes, yes. They were priced in the neighborhood, or below other machines they competed with.

I would expect 240-250 to the rear tire.

I am going to guess you are slightly low HBK.

I was for sure wrong about it being a 636 motor. I thought they would be worried about Zx-10 and ZX-14 sales, but really with the cost of these new model's the 10 and 14 will be a bargain by comparison.

I simply never considered that Kawasaki would have to balls to produce a bike with a price that high.

We'll see buddy. I don't see much of a market at anything higher than that. I could be wrong. It's just that Kawasaki and Suzuki both represent value to the customer extremely well..and looking at it from that perspective, it's what I would expect.

I was thinking they took a page from Ducati's play book, as Duck's R model is 30k, and the limited production bike is 65k

I don't want to put any undue pressure on you nice people, but if we could start pooling money together now we have have me bought one of these things in short order! I promise to post some ridiculous YouTube vids...lmao

If it's 500 copies at 50k a piece thats 25 million

500 copies at 35 k eack = 17.5 million.

That really helps to pay for retooling for sure. The the price and profits from the street bike.

I say good on you Kawasaki. Now let me test one!!!
