Was it the front sprocket you changed or the rear and did you go up or down in size.
I'm thinking the sprocket size may be more than that the ECU can recitfy when comparing the engine speed / associated bike speed to the ABS sensor feeds from the wheels. One is likely providing data that says the 2 speeds don't match up properly. "How can I be in 4th when the bike seems to be in 3rd/5th" kind of thing.
