I believed I had water in my fuel tank and it would idle but I couldn't ride far or it would cut out, I have since taken my fuel tank off to drain and rinse but now after putting my fuel tank back on and filling it, the pump gets power but wont fully engage, I've checked my tip over sensor and all relays and fuses but still no luck, have I missed something or is there any troubleshooting tips I need to look out for?

Might be time to rebuild your fuel pump. I just did mine today on a 2013 636. Took about an hour here is a picture of the kit I used it cost $80. I used a video from tonystunts1 on youtube.https://youtu.be/WaRBMbrjiGU
