I dont have all of the original packaging, but I can assure you it is in great condition. It is a plug and play setup, and only requires a USB and the software form the Power Comander site so make changes to the maps.

fyi if he doesn't, the NEWER updated software is online as are the maps. also the usb cord is any usb to mini usb like $5 at best buy that's how i saved alot of money on buying my pc3 because the seller was missing that stuff.
