It's a sad day, but I'm finally going to put my bike up for sale. I just don't get to use it enough to justify keeping it in the garage. The Cafe Fighter came about after a slow speed low-side. Some of the plastics were scratched up , as well as the exhaust. I have been wanting to make it look like a Cafe Racer and that pushed me to do the conversion. The specs below:

- 2007 Z1000 with 5337 miles
- Stripped the pastics off (still have them in various condition)
- Single chrome headlight with chrome brackets.
- Modified speedo bracket to keep the stock unit.
- Modified and hidden wiring harness.
- Chrome Clubman handlebars.
- Modified stock controls.
- New racing style levers.
- New bar end mirrors.
- Custom brackets to mount new front turn signals.
- Checker graphic on the front fender.
- Painted the tank stock black and added graphics.
- Added custom cut Tech Spec snakeskin tank grip.
- Kawasaki tail cowl with matching checker graphic.
- Racing style foot pegs.
- Custom fabricated and powder coated exhaust hangers.
- Dan Moto Carbon Fiber Exhaust.
- Kleen hose blocked off (very little exhaust pop).
- K&N Airfilter with modified airbox top.
- NGK Iridium spark plugs.
- Fender Eliminator with new turn signals to match the front.
- Always used Motul synthetic oil.

Pics are now working. Price? I'm thinking around $6000, but it depends on the response.

Seriously? Nobody Interested? All reasonable offers considered!
This section may not get the sort of volume readership you might think.

Bike is sweet! I really like what you've done.
I'm not in the market but someone will grab that up.
Good luck, and sorry to see a rider go willingly into a cage :(

I had it in the Z1000 section, but for some unknown reason the Mods moved here to the general. I need the money (and space) for my next project, which is to build a hot rod.

It's standard policy to have all bikes for sale posted in the general for sale section.
