I got the Formotion scooter clock yesterday. Pretty sharp little thing. Had to wait about 10 days though. They were back-ordered so they finally shipped with a present. A 20% off next order. So I grabbed up the thermometer. Anyhow. The clock I bought is the illuminated one , white face, silver housing. It's about the size of a typical wristwatch. I got the mounted kit but didn't need it. It bolts right onto the handlebars. It was nice to ride at night and not have to circle around looking for a bank with a clock. You know, the woman gets frumpy when I roll in around 2 A.M. during the week.

I would have bet money the handlbar bolts were to big for the clock (doesn't it require a 1/4" bolt?).

I thought for sure I'd need the brackets to mount it on the handlebars. I haven't ordered it yet. If I don't need the brackets, then I would get the clock and thermo.

Hey Martin,
ZR-7.com is still alive and kicking and is still the original home page. These might be new forums but they are just taking the place of ezboard because I wanted all of us to be able to enjoy a message board for FREE without having to pay money to get rid of pop-up ads and have more options to boot :) So
ZR-7.com is still king with a new and improved message board!
How's that Jarel?

Just for the heck of it,

If you get the chance, stop into your local Radio Shack store, and take a look at their catalog number 63-959. I put one of these on top my headligt, inside my Rifle fairing, stuck it on with velcro. Fits perfect in there. It glows blue, has time, date and tempeture ! Although, it does heat up a bit when bike is on, from headlight, just a bit. With my fairing, this clock almost looks like it came with the bike. Don't think it would look the same without fairing, though. Purhaps it could be stuck on another part of bike. Cost, $11.99 on sale.
