They can't win, so they are taking their bikes and going home... they have Rossi now in GP so they can still hold their heads high...

So much of Racing seems to have to do with rules. (Didn't Buell win some AMA class or something against 600's? :flamethro ) As the rules have been changed to favor four cylinder liter-bikes it would only make sense to pull out! That and Sheepy is right; Rossi rides for them in Moto-Gp in 2011 so that's all the advertising they'll need to sell their bikes. It will also be nice to see the technology trickle down; they won't have a superbike special so I guess they'll have to have aMoto-Gp special! :glassesti

Racing is expensive. My guess is Ducati believes MotoGP lures more buyers to their dealerships than does WSBK, so they're opting to concentrate their money in one series instead of two.
