I did some research and found that the 05 636 gauges fit the 650R connector and is a plug and play replacement. I know I need a speedo healer and I've seen some people do this. Just wanted to know if anyone had any advice on where to mount the gauges. I am trying to go for a factory look and I have access to a cnc to make a aluminum bracket. Just trying to hash out where to bolt it up to and how to finish it e.g. heat form plastic or something. Thanks

Got the gauges installed, the tach works fine, but the speedo is still off. Getting Speedo healer and ft. sprocket today. Going to install and calibrate. I simply used the stock mount points for the 650R gauges, needed to get a 2" bracket for both top holes, and going to have to trim the top cowl to make it fit well, but overall plug and play.
