1997 Concours 1000: my key turns fine, my dash doesn't light up. My battery is new. The turn signals work. The horn doesn't. The start button doesn't. Sat in rain covered for 2 weeks. Doesn't even turn over. I appreciate any suggestions.

Hi. Welcome onboard. Did you have the battery on a battery tender/trickle charger? It might be new, but it also might be faulty. Also - being out in the weather - check/clean the battery terminals/connectors.

Yes. I bought a new battery. Trickle charger and then tested it. I'm not sure, but I think it's a fuse or the ignition.
