Has anyone ever used one of these co2 tire inflators? Will 16 gr. Fill an average bike tire? Or how many would it take?

their only meant to get you to an air pump after you repair a flat. 2 or 3 will do the trick, but will deff need to get to a pump to get up to proper pressure.

Just buy a slime pump for cheap. Connects via your battery with the sae cable. Takes about 8 min to fill up a 180 rear tire, so its not to bad of a wait. Plus unlike co2, you dont run out of cartridges.

Had a friend that used to carry those. Not sure how much they held, but they were the small ones. He got a flat, aaaalll the way flat. Plugged it, and 6 of those little cylinders later he had 15psi on the tire. He had to call a tow. Now he carries a pump. The slime pumps WILL fail. DAMHIK. YMMV of course.
