I have come to the unenviable point of having to replace those tiny float valves in the carbs.

Kawasaki part# 16030-1007

For those who don't know, with the floats they regulate the fuel which is allowed to enter the float bowl. As they wear they allow too much fuel into the bowl. Worn too badly and they need replacement.

Normally they cost AUD$45 each, and it is advisable to replace all 4.

I found them below for $8ea!!!

I found them much cheaper than that at the Motorcycle Spares Warehouse

I have been running these for about 6 months now and have been very happy with their performance. The only difference between these aftermarket and the OEM is they are around 1mm shorter so will will need to adjust your float heights by the same amount.
