Hey guys, please give me your feedback on this

I am looking to buy buy a 2013 er 6n, very excited! i do have some questions that salesmen answer very vaguely. So tell me, is it possible to upgrade your telescopic forks to upside down forks? it looks and handles better than the normal telescopic forks but the real question on my mind is, how hard would it be to upgrade to a set of "BIG PISTON FORKS"?? What alterations have to be made on the bike to make this possible??

New upper and lower triples, different front wheel and brake setup. Usually have to go down to a single front disc. I looked into swapping a dirt bike front end after I crashed. Too much fabrication and machining for my abilities. There is no easy swap that I'm aware of.
