SHE EVENTUALLY STARTS AND I DROVE HER TO THE SHOP BUT THEN SHE STRUGGLES AGAIN AND THIS TIME NO LUCK... MY FRIEND CAME TO HELP ME, HE PUSHED STARTED HER EVENTUALLY... THEN SHE IS FINE... What is "swinging" ?

How long since the plugs were changed ?
You are using full choke when trying to start cold......right ?

How old is the battery ?
Do you have a small battery charger ?

Put a healthy dose of carb cleaner in the gas; it might work miracles.
Look for Berryman's B12 Chemtool or Gumout.

After they did the carbs, they didn't leave the idle speed set too low did they.

I think you should take it BACK to the people that "balanced the carbs" and see if they can figure it out.
Might be something that they screwed up.

lose the caps to start please and thank you
if she ran fine before the carbs were tuned that would be the first place to start.
