I'm tall and thin(6'2"...190) and this is my first full time sport bike. I've always had 850 and bigger bikes(had a fjr1300 for almost a decade).

I'd like to add more "screen" to the front, sorta bridge the gap between this and a Concours(almost bought a Concours instead, but it felt tame...as I was fresh off the fjr).

Anybody remember aftermarket stuff I might find, or do same gen Concours body pieces fit(I work with wood and plastics, so minor modifications are no problem)?

You may still be able to find an aftermarket touring shield...that's a long shot...but it's your only shot! Good luck.

You can probably find a company that will make one for you. They'll make a form of your existing screen and extend / reshape it as needed. Do some googling.

You might be able to do a Laminar lip or similar add on deflector. You'd need to drill your screen though.

Also, ZeroGravity offers this screen, but it might be close to stock. Windscreen Innovators - Zero Gravity

I actually found a local plastics/fiberglas modeler. I want more upright in the windscreen, not just longer.

They'll charge me for an entire sheet of plexi(only need 40%) cause the bending has to be done before cutting.

All in, the windscreen will cost about $400. Mainly from autocad mockup(that guy wants to get paid for his time).
