I posted this on another thread as well, but basically, I bought Netlore's -7S springs from him but I don't know how long the spacers are supposed to be (the -7S springs are shorter and stiffer then the -7 springs).

I bought them for $45 bucks including shipping from him, so I'd be happy selling it to anyone else for the same. If I do find out the spacer lengths, I might decide to keep them a while and see the difference, but I'd rather sell them.

Let me know if you're interested.

The spacers should be long enough that they stick slightly out of the fork tube with the forks fully extended. The preload is usually about right when you have to swear & cuss & you need three hands to thread the fork caps back on.

I made some spacers and they did stick out about an inch or inch and a half (forgot, it's been a while), but I don't think it was enough. When installed, the forks sagged about one full inch. No "springing" action for the first 1-2", then the springs "began". Anyone know the EXACT length?
