Has anyone used the stock master cylinder with the tokicos? Went to my first track day and realize my brake lever is WAY to soft for track. It can brake hard but the lever needs pulled until it touches my fingers using 2 finger braking. Looking for thoughts on if I should replace the old unknown pads or look at upgrading master cylinder?

Yeah the lever feel wasn’t great and I upgraded mine with only test miles on it
You can get better performance from bleeding,stainless lines, pads etc but ultimately you’ll want a larger diameter master cylinder
There are plenty of used 19mm masters out there
They are usually marked underneath with a “19” in the casting or 3/4inch
