What is the valve adjustment interval in miles for the 2010 Z1000?

Not too sure about the 10 but it was 15k miles on the first gen. Ill check my manual next time I have it out, but I would imagine its close to the same.

Yea, the service manual indicates a 15,000 mile service interval for valve clearance inspection.

If it's anything like my first gen, it says 15k, but I'm still in spec at 25k if that makes you feel better!

Thats what I am hopin for! my '03 is a lil over 25k (and counting) and I am going to check it at the end of the season. Hope mine is either within spec, or dang close!
