2009 Ninja 650r Won’t run

Bought a used bike with 3400 miles on it. Had been setting up for a long time. Cleaned the fuel tank, fuel line and fuel rail, replaced the injectors, spark plugs, and air filter but it still won’t run. It will fire up with starter fluid, but of course it dies after about 5 seconds. Any advise?
