Hello all!

I recently bought this salvaged 2009 Ninja 650R from a private seller. After fixing multiple issues, I got the bike mostly back together and am close to being able to attempt starting.
I noticed when I turn the bike on, the subthrottle cams just jitter in the closed position. Is this normal or do I need to replace the throttle body?

Normal. It does a small signal sweep and if there's an obstruction in there it throws a code.
