Has major scratches, but no broken parts. Wet Sand could possibly take some it out?!

The OEM part cost = $127. This cover it pretty scratched up, as you can see in the pictures. However, structurally the cover is good and not broken. Probably would need wet-sanding & repainted to use if you wanted it to look back to its original form.

I'd sell for $70, including shipping cost.
