I replaced the fork seals and dust seals on my 04 z750, but now for some reason it bottoms out way to early, there's a horrible clunck coming from the forks, already when i brake hard or go over a speedbump, i didn't replace any interals so i have no clue what it could be.
Is it the bolt in the bottom in one side?

Here's a pic to show where it "cluncks", and it feels like bottoming out

Also got a 05 636 rear shock which fitted easily, just turned around the rectifier and modded the bottom bearing slighty. to bad there's something with the front forks ;/
