Im throwing gear lube everywhere .and i gave to replace tire was just gonna tear it down any one have any ideas or suggestions?

How can it be overfilled when you fill it with the cap off? I'm assuming we're talking about final drive oil, right?
Not being a smarta$$ just trying to learn...

You never know and its easier to ask the simple questions first. With a level bike you could use the gear oil squirt bottle to fill it up too high on a cold day and quickly put the cap on. It doesn't take much at all to plug the vent hole. And with a description like rear axle leak I have no idea what the issue is; the axle itself can't really leak and there's no description of the problem area...

From the wheel side? That'd definitely be a seal.
Although mine leaked all the time from the drain plug until I put thread sealant on it.

actually I had the same thing on my ms after the shop put to much grease on something, I wiped it off and it didnt do it anymore, not from the dif. though, grease, cant think of the part right..
