That's kinda like asking what's the best food to eat when you're hungry - you're gonna get a lot of answers based on personal preferences, but not necessarily anything you actually like. It would be a lot more precise if the question were narrowed. Such as other features that are important to you, like price range, touchscreen compatibility (on how many fingers), importance of waterproofing, short vs gauntlet, material, etc.
If you just want a generic reliable recommendation, you probably wouldn't be unhappy with the Joe Rocket Windchill Gloves. Not unlike a Toyota Corolla, it isn't the best, it isn't the worst, but it'll get the job done. For anything else you're better off checking out Revziila. Or, you could always just wait for people to answer with whatever they currently use. For me that's a pair of Alpinestars Rage Drystar Gloves. YMMV.
