    Excellent Transactions!!

Okay, I am going to try adding threads for positive transactions and negative ones, similar to what I did in the Z1K section. This can include forum members, websites, or storefronts.

    A few rules:

    1) Provide Details:
What did you buy and from whom (or what did you sell, and to whom). If it was good, say why. If it was bad, provide details and actions taken to remedy the situation.

    2) Refrain from Unnecessary Replies:
If you have also had a positive or negative transaction with the person/place, then feel free to add your comments. Please refrain from using this thread to give advice, or offer opinion. "Just the facts, ma'am"

    3) As with the rest of the forum, KEEP IT CLEAN:
Believe me, I know how frustrating it is to get hosed. Try to treat this as you would a BBB report.

For now, this will be a thread format. If it seems to work I will discuss, with the other moderators, making it into it's own forum section, so each compliment or complaint can be its own thread.

    And now, to the compliments:

    For example:

    Parts411.com:
I purchased my Pirelli Diablo tires from their website. Price was good, shipping was fast, and everyone I spoke to on customer service was friendly and usually helpful. Their website is kind of hard to browse, so it helps if you know what you are looking for.

    iMotorcycleStore.com:
I have bought several items from them, and talked to the owner many times on the phone. I have purchased my HJC AC-10, HJC CL-12, Icon Hooligan Gloves, Joe Rocket Phoenix 1.0 gloves (2 pair) from them. Great guys, great prices.

    Tonker.com:
I have purchased 2 Joe Rocket Phoenix 2.0 jackets, JR Alter Ego Pants, JR Alter Ego jacket, and my JR boots from them. Prices are GREAT. (use JoeRocket in the coupon code box). I have had to exchange items before and they were very happy to help, and the turn around was very fast.

    Ninja 650 shop:

Bought sport bars, anti-vibe bar ends, frame and spool sliders from them. Communication on receipts and when the item was shipped has been great. They are quick to get things you buy out to you and have excellent customer service.

    Newenough (Duh, the obvious one):

I purchased an incredible Cortech textile jacket and First Gear mesh jacket through their bargain basement. Both were for my girlfriend and only put me out $100 total.

    IronPony:

I ordered a set of Continental Road Attacks. They shipped them out quickly but sent the wrong size rear tire. They promptly shipped the correct size and issued a call tag for the incorrect one. Good customer service and good pricing.

I ordered 2008 GMax GM68 Women's helmet for my girlfriend for $100...The helmet had to be put on back order due to manufacturer being behind in production. I was kept in the loop through many emails sent to me by the staff of dsr power sports. As soon as they recieved the helmet they sent my order first class....wonderful customer service and organization! I will def. order more of their products in the future.

more reviews to come...waiting on orders

    Crimson

I bought an exhaust from Crimson a few years back. I was tooling around on the internet looking for some kind of wild, new exhaust for my (ex) 650 and ran into a Gianelli (spelling?). I posted it on here, Crimson dug up some information on them, found out that they are also called Arrow, found some cans for me and then other people when they inquired, got them shipped to the States and sold them to me at a very good price (I think it was $250 after shipping from EU to US then to Me).

Then when I got the can, I called his shop four or five times asking some very silly questions and they pulled a mechanic from the shop to come talk me through not messing my bike up. Never got a hint of attitude but they were all (I said all, they passed the phone around until they found me an answer) helpful and also tolerated my bad puns/jokes over the phone too.

If I was still in the States and needed parts, I'd go to them/him again.

BRP : Ordered tank protector, R&G frame sliders, swing arm sliders/spools, in one order and it went out right away. I then ordered a zg db short and an arrow aluminum exhaust seperately since these could take awhile. the first order came right away considering it traveled clear across the country. As for the exhaust his shipments kept coming up short so Gary tracked one down at I can only assume to be his cost, or he owes someone a favor. And not a dime paid in shipping

Only thing that could have made things any better is more pics of the products on his website, www.blueridgeperformance.net

www.Motorcycleclosouts.com: Selection is good, I got everything I ordered perfectly, not one thing needed to be exchanged. Shipping is a bit of a wait, about a week to fill the order and get it on its way.

    Ordered:
    Fieldsheer saddle and tail bags
Gmax 68s helmet with free tinted visor and bags for each
    Joe rocket winter riding gloves
    Power trip tactical riding gloves
    Power Trip Army tank bag
Fieldsheer titanium air III mesh riding pants
Disk lock and disk lock reminder
    all weather cover
    balacalava

www.vinyldisorder.com: Talked to Steve and ordered reflective flames. great guy to work with and flames cut, shipped, and were on my doorstep very quickly. Was very quick to answer e-mails and questions about installation.
and the product quality is OUTSTANDING!!!

Ordered a set of hippo hands yesterday from http://www.hippohands.com/ Great customer service, order was shipped the same day as the order. Also got a personal e-mail letting me know of when they were shipped and what to do if i was unhappy with them rather than an automatically generated e-mail... Nice touch!

Ordered some things from 650shop.com what can I say, Order was out the door and on its way the same day... Also unrelated but Jen has been awesome with my questions... She must have the patience of a saint! I like the fact that if they don't have them, they get them... and often have so much better prices. When i call and e-mail I get the feeling that everyone there is working for me. Also had a double payment that happened which was totally my bone head move, that was also fixed before noon when the opps happened at 8 pacific.

Got a woodcraft rear stand from BRP, Always a pleasure to order from Gary.
