Hello everyone.. I just recently bought a ZR7s and am modding it to a naked/zr7 look. Im looking for some ever elusive ZR7 gauges. I have gauges for my zr7s that are in perfect working order that I will trade. Also will have the front fairing, turn signals, windshield, and headlight for sale once I get this process started. Anyone have those gauges? Or, has anyone figured out a way to make the stock gauges work with a naked setup?

Do you specifically want the ZR-7 gauges with the fuel gauage? You should be able to get them from an OEM parts seller like Bikebandit or cheapcycleparts.com, but may be not cheap. The other alternative if you just want a dual tach/speedo would be to look at some of the custom streetfighter gear you can buy online. May be something from another streetfighter like a Honda Hornet or Suzuki Bandit could fit?

I would be ok with retrofitting something from another bike if need be, but I dont know anything about compatiblities with tach signals and speeds and stuff. ideally, I could make something work with a working fuel gauge.

You could use the gauges you have and put a small flyscreen on the bike to cover the backside. Maybe even make a small dash plate around the cluster to tidy it up.

ZR-7 gauges are hard to come by because they are often damaged in a crash. This makes them pricy if they do show up for sale somewhere.

I found mine on eBay about a year ago for 95.00$

Crashed my 2000 a few years ago. Cases trashed but speedo internals were ok. Bought a cluster from a ZRX 1100/1200. Replaced speedo internals and used ZRX tach and face plates. Speedo readings off but i'm riding.
