    User / Repair manual

I got my bike (ZR-7 bj.2001 from Italy) with Italian User guide and German Repair manual.
Today I realize big difference between service intervals of US/Canadian and other bikes (Carb sync., oil and filter replacement and more). Can someone explain me the reason?

One more question - is there available Repair manual in English on pdf?

If the oil filter and oil change is longer, that could be similar to what I heard GM (General Motors) has for their European versions of cars, I have read that oil changes for GM autos
are at least twice as long as they are in the states. U.S. recommended oil change interval is typically 3000 miles versus European 6000 miles between oil changes. Could be related
to cost of oil in the European market.

Manual, in English, available to you...

I have a ZR-7S manual for sale. It is in pristine shape, no tears, no stains and no missing pages. I had both the PDF and book versions but during the rehab and use of my bike I only used my books (I had one in vinyl sleeves, I gave that to the guy that bought my bike). Anyway, My E mail is riebelnet@aol.com if you are interested, $30 +shipping from 91361, let me know.

Thanks for the cheap copy of the service manual. I will have to get busy this winter on a top end service.

    Bob,
You'll find the PDF version of the manual invaluable, but be aware that the naked ZR7 has a few differences to the 7s.
The fairing, lights and clocks are obvious, but things like the fork springs are less so (the 1999 ZR7 has shorter springs with correspondingly longer spacers)
Just check out the forum before doing anything major, and be aware of the possibility of differences.
    Oh, and before I forget . . . . .
