    lol wow i wish i had your bike .......... : ) as far as the wheel i will check with a 04 05 and see if axle is the same and the spacer lol well thats another problem

    I just checked and the ZX10 used the same bearings and spacers for 05 and 07, so your swap should be the same as mine.

    ohhhhh you are the man ................ listen lol if i have to shoot you some money for your knowledge i will be glad i really want to make this happend not because i want to copy your work but because my zx10r 04 was all black and came with gold forks so for me is a must . Anyways well now that you greatfully told me good news lol i need to bug you more for the rest of the things i need can i shoot you a pm ?

    You seem to be one of few that actually puts up with so many questions lol ......... like i said you the man lol anyways saturday im doing the fork swap and im putting the z1000 suspension on the 636 lol..... but im sure it will be nice . the only think i did not like was taking apart the mask .....to many screws lol

    The front cowl is very easy to remove, about 5 mins...

    omg lol not for be i was there for ever i ended up taking the complete thing with upper stay brackey and still did not take the plastics off lol

    FYI

    I bought 06 front bearings and they are different (larger)than my 04 zx10 wheel.
    I wish i had read Rembrant's info from the previous page first.

    I was just reminiscing reading this thread, time flies!
    I am pretty sure I have a spare set of spacers I made when RS117 and I originally did the swap. If anyone is interested, shoot me a PM, I will have to dig them out and it would be spacers only...
    Expat.

    Black 03 Z1000.
    Shortened CF Akrapovic slip ons. K&N filter + air box mod. Powercommander III.
    Speedohealer. Twin light conversion. Renthal ultra lows. Bar end mirrors. Tail tidy. Sargent seat.
    Renntec grab rail (only fitted when passengers are on!) Shock racing LED mini turn signals.
    Throttle quickener. Motovation frame and fork sliders.
    Rizoma case sliders. Shorty Pazzo levers. Hyperpro RSC damper. Driven +3 520 chain conversion
    06 ZX10R wheels with stock wavy rotors.
    Custom stainless steel wheel spacers, footpeg pins, bar dampers and caliper spacers.
    06 ZX10R front and rear brakes.
    Black HEL lines with Red fittings.
    07 Silver ZX6R forks with Race Tech .95 springs.
    06 ZX6R shock. 06 ZX6R front fender.
