McMaster has everything, usually. Can you cut the 80's down to 70's and clean up the threads?

I think the rear shock is a bolt in, but for the forks you are going to need z1k triple clamps and either a 636 / z1k front wheel or have a custom axle machined...

rear fork??? you mean the swing arm?? I believe you need custom spacers and a 636 wheel, there is a image floating around some where that has the dimensions for the spacers.

hi, i am building a custom streetfighter, , using a 2000zx6r frame to begin with. i would like to use the inverted forks from the 03-04 zx6r or 05-06 models, but i would like to have a z1000 upper triple clamp to mount the handlebar instead of the clipons. my one andonly question is can i use the z1000 upper triple clamp with the 03-04 lower triple clamp? do these two line up correctly, or should i use the z1000 upper triple clamp with the 05-06 lower triple tree? any help would be greatly appreciated.
