What's YOUR HIGHSPEED record.......???

Last week it finaly stopped raining here in Atlanta and i did 126 mph.
My bike stock.

Riding a 03 SV1000S before that, the Z was a little shaky and I felt like flying off of the bike
Im still getting used to the no-windshield.

Indicated.... 167 mph. Maybe had a few left in her, but thats where I threw in the towel. Real speed (based on speedo error), probably a tick over 150. I have no real urge to try again, I usually call it quits around 120-130, too much wind blast.

Indicated 144. It was an empty freeway and I haven't done it since. I may have been able to keep going but I think my brain woke up and ordered my right hand to relax.

You're a liar Sally Jones! Haha seriously though, if the guy really was doing 205, he had to of had the works done to that RC, I know a pipe and a PCIII wouldn't get you there.

Glad this thread came up, I was dying to tell someone about my indicated 148 MPH while going threw a slight highway turn. I tried racing my buddies Busa . . . needless to say he won hands down but I promise I looked better losing!!

I just put on a 15(f) & 42(r) sprocket setup

156mph, indicated ( yet corrected by a speedo healer, so it should be within an mph or 2) on the Z1K. Lotsoffun, would definintelydoit again under the righcircumstances.

bike only does a true 140 ( 142 on a good day) now ( gearing change), and she sees it every now and then. sometimes she just needs to stretch. 140 is plenty though still takes you to the clink when you get clocked.

oh yeh and

182 indicated on a 2002 ZX12R ( uncorrected), total blast, but that is stupidfast. id do it again on a track butnot on the open road unless EVERYTHING was just so.
