For sale - my 2000 Kawasaki ZR7 - $2200 Full info is available here with about a dozen pics.



I'm getting a V-Strom so I'm putting up my ZR-7 for sale. Metzeler Z6 tires have less than 500 miles on them. Fork seals were replaced at the same time as the tires. The bike is ready to ride anywhere, has never given me any problems in the 6000 miles I've ridden it. I average 48 mpg and with the 5.8 gallon tank you will need a re-fill long before the bike.

The bike was re-painted white in 2005 by the guy I bought it from - a local owner-operator motorcycle shop. It had a dent in the tank and the paint was rough - also most likely that's where the 2 chips on the right-side fins came from (see pic below). It has never been down in the year and a half I have owned it. Buttons, lights and indicators all work. The title is clear and in my possession.

The bike is located in Trinidad, Colorado - on I-25 equal distance between Albuquerque and Denver. If you want to ride it home, the closest airport is Colorado Springs. Alternativley, the LA to Chicago Amtrak line runs through town and is a great way to travel. Greyhound also stops here.
