IMO anyway these guys are great.

I rock a exo-1000 helmet, Hat Trick jacket, and Klaw gloves. The quality on all of these items is pretty good.

And I can say from experience their customer service/warranty dept. is awesome. (as long as you have proof of purchase) Last year my original exo-1000 Apollo helmet's trim ring began to seperate from the helmet (really just a cosmetic thing) on a super hot July day. The glue just came loose, and I think I grabbed it by that ring pulling it loose from the weakened glue. I sent them some pics, they emailed me back asking for a copy of my receipt to make sure it was still in the warranty period. Then they had me send it in (luckily I still had my exo-400 helmet that I had handed down to the wife to wear). The same day they received it, I got an email saying they would replace it for me.

The Apollos were no longer available so they told me to give them three options for replacement. I ended up with a RPM that arrived to me a few days later.

Now on the RPM, the faceshield started to have a small patch of fog develop, then I noticed a small spot at the bottom middle where it looked as though the anti-fog coating was beginning to peel. Sent them an email today, they replied back in about an hour, asking for pics and checking that my address was the same. Now they're going to be sending me a new shield on them.

I'm on my second EXO-400 helmet. I used the first one for 5 years. It took a light hit last spring and was getting a bit tired on the inside. Plus, don't "they" typically say 5 years is about the lifespan of a helmet??

Anyway, I wanted a replacement and went with the Scorpion again since the first one performed to my liking.
Luckily, I've not had to deal with their customer service folks so far. But, it is good to know that they have treated you well thus far.

I have the EXO 750 vintage and a EXO-1100. I love them both. Light on the head and neck, great air flow, and great pricing. I'm a huge fan of their products.

I needed to get a pair of pants repaired under warranty due to seams coming apart. It took a bit to get a response from them at first (like a week or so) but after that they were great to deal with.

May have to see what they will do about my shields. Last one has started to "peel" after only a month. Didn't think about contacting them. I'm hard on shields, I think this is my 6th one (including the 2 that came with my helmets).

I've got an EXO 400 that has seen me through the last 3 years, and my friend just picked up a new EXO 400 the other day. I don't know about Scorpion's other equipment, but I would recommend their helmets to anyone.

I am wearing a scorpion EXO 1100 and love it so far. Seems like a great helmet at the pricepoint. Was looking at Scorpion jackets but went with an A* GP-R since I got a decent deal on it. If anyone is looking at gloves, definitely check out the RS Taichi stuff, top notch quality.

I also have the hat/trick jacket...Love It! and just got some Klaw gloves...so far they're pretty good.

So far I've been very happy with my EX0-400 helmet. Got it for $70 at Motorcycle Superstore about 18 months ago. Not quite as comfortable as my Shoei, but check out the price! And the no fog shield is great for those cold days.
