IMO anyway these guys are great.
I rock a exo-1000 helmet, Hat Trick jacket, and Klaw gloves. The quality on all of these items is pretty good.
And I can say from experience their customer service/warranty dept. is awesome. (as long as you have proof of purchase) Last year my original exo-1000 Apollo helmet's trim ring began to seperate from the helmet (really just a cosmetic thing) on a super hot July day. The glue just came loose, and I think I grabbed it by that ring pulling it loose from the weakened glue. I sent them some pics, they emailed me back asking for a copy of my receipt to make sure it was still in the warranty period. Then they had me send it in (luckily I still had my exo-400 helmet that I had handed down to the wife to wear). The same day they received it, I got an email saying they would replace it for me.
The Apollos were no longer available so they told me to give them three options for replacement. I ended up with a RPM that arrived to me a few days later.
Now on the RPM, the faceshield started to have a small patch of fog develop, then I noticed a small spot at the bottom middle where it looked as though the anti-fog coating was beginning to peel. Sent them an email today, they replied back in about an hour, asking for pics and checking that my address was the same. Now they're going to be sending me a new shield on them.
