anyone have one or have any opinions on such, i like the quiet claims and the sun visor.

Yup, I had one for a couple of years. It was the Concept model. Very nice helmet. Not as quiet as they claim, it was no different from the Shoei Synchrotec that I had previously in terms of wind noise. The sun visor feature is very sweet, I used it all the time! Venting was nice, and the "city" position for the visor was awesome, it creates just a little gap at the top and bottom of the shield to allow a tiny bit of airflow to keep it from fogging.... brilliant! They're pricey, but you get what you pay for. If you're going to wear it a lot, and you do a lot of commuting/city riding/stop&go etc., where you could benefit from the flip-up design and other features I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

When my Concept wears out I'll get the same again. 'Nuff said.
