Why? If it is for looks you may be disappointed with the handling. If it is because you just ride straight roads then it sounds like a fun project. Sounds like you need to go find a zzr specific forum where you might find more folks that made changes.

A buddy of mine has an '07 ZZR600 and has no issues with the stock tire sizes on the Tail of the Dragon.

Google search ZZR forums and a few come up.

Situational awareness combined with skill is what keeps you out of harm's way.

ATGATT combined with Situational Awareness and Skill means you might live to ride another day when that deer runs into your bike or that drunk blows through that stop sign.

the 03 is a 600e ninja rebadged. 160 rear tire. the 07 is the 02 zx6r which comes with a 180 already. I think if you use a later 5.5 inch wheel or even a 5 inch like the zr7 you can use a 180 with the 03 zzr swingarm.

Ah. Thanks for the clarification. I thought all ZZR 600s were the same. I knew they were rebadged zx6rs as the zx6rs progressed beyond street bike to track bikes that are street legal.
